Artist's Notes:

Comics and the Horror of Unknowing:

Well, I am working on my other comic this week. My friend in San Diego has found a new potential artist to do the work I was originally supposed to do. His name is Christopher Rice. Thankfully it seems he is an excellent artist.
"Good with wings. Great with tits."
Needless to say I look forward to seeing his work.

Yes 1138 is in reference to Star Wars, congratulations for figuring it out. I happen to be a big fan of the Movies. (Empire was the best. No contest.) I bought the new DVD Tuesday even though I own the collector's edition VHS set. *Sigh* As Scott Kurtz so aptly put it in his comic PVP, (www.pvponline.com) "I am George Lucas' bitch."

In music, I also bought the new Nickleback CD, prompted by a fairly cool video I spied on MTV a while back. It's not bad. Generally I will buy a CD and listen to it once and then say, "Ugh, I guess it was good enough." Then after listening to it several more times I tend to really enjoy the majority of the CD. With Nickleback, It was pretty much the same, but on a better level. They have a grungy sound that I enjoy in a rock band, and the singer's voice doesn't grate on my nerves. I bought it mainly for the "You remind me" song, which kicks my booty.

What's new wit you?:

Today's (Thursday, breakin' da rulz already.) Post will be about the webpage, and things concerning the webpage.
I added new link buttons for my in-site links. They look alright, but if you like the old ones better, give me a holler. I am hesitant to activate them all before I have the forum active or my archive finished. I want to be sure that any information I need to store has a place to go. That sort of thing.
I am contemplating keeping the Workload comic, Guest Art, and Sketchbook sections all one section or moving them to another site (maybe Keenspot or something the like), because I only have 8 Megs of space here. That's not enough for much of an archive. =(
I am hoping that the forum will be up soon, although I have not idea what kind of ETA it's got. I am hoping one of my knowledgeable buddies will help me out with its creation. I was talking with my buddy Craig during tennis last night, and apparently you have to BUILD a forum. Drat. I was hoping I could just have one magically appear. I guess that's not how it works. Lotta hope.

Mastah Skannah! New pictures coming in left an right. Yeeaah... Lemme get right on that.
"*pft* This is no longer funnnyyyyyyy! *pft*"

In other news:

*Rushes off to Taco Hell* "I'll have a burrito and an X-Box to go please!"
A portable N64 you say? Never going to happen you say? Well I just heard a nasty little rumor, brought to my door by ClassicGaming.com. This nasty little devil is the work of none other than Tighe, who's also known for making a portable NES. Known as the NESp. I hear there is also a portable PlayStation. It makes me wonder how they do it. Strap a T.V. and your console to a backpack full of batteries? The world may never know since the link they sent me doesn't work! The swine! Sleep well. *CACKLE*

I didn't want to put anything about the Sept. 11 attack in the quote, but this is so durn funny! So I put it here. ^_^
"Silly Taliban, you cannot hurt the twinkie!"

I suck wang?:

Well this weekend I had many things that I was supposed to do, and guess what? You bet. I didn't do much of anything at all. I found it hard to get motivated without my friends who are all away at collage. Later on Justin came over to help me move things back into my house (everything was in the garage) even though he was pretty sick from spending the weekend with a cat (deathly allergic to the kittens, poor boy). Thanks for the help guy.
We got a good deal moved back in, and I went shopping. I bought a camera to satiate my budding creativity in the photography world and to placate my need to deplete my fabulous wealth. I don't anticipate it to be something I am going to really get into, so I bought a crappy cheap one. I have taken three pictures so far, all of my dogs in various curious poses.

In other news, I have seen the results of the poll and despite the positively distressing number of people that want to bear my children, I have noted that someone thinks I suck wang. I would like to clear the air now, that no, I do not suck wang. How lucky for those folks who want to bear my children. Why did I put the option on the poll if I didn't want to run the risk of getting a bad response? Simple. I needed a bad end in case someone didn't want to "Bear my children." I didn't think someone would actually pick it.

Lastly, you'll have to forgive me, Mike, for not putting your name on your quote. I don't know what came over me. I will update the quote soon. As funny as it is, it is getting rather old.

More revision than you can shake a stick at:

I have decided to make the news post an everyday thing, excluding weekends. Why you may ask? I like to talk, I reply.

Today is Tuesday and it being Tuesday I am anticipating my first round of Everquest in some months. I am going to try and play now every Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, playing Everquest is not a simple procedure. To really have a "session" you have to dedicate a secure three-hour chunk. You eat first. You go to the bathroom first. You must be uninterrupted while you sit in darkness and stare at the flickering goddess that is Everquest, lest you suffer the ultimate penalty. Those few initiated of you already know the horror of which I speak.
Yesterday instead of playing tennis, I spent the evening working on the archive with Craig. Which means I sat in awe of his abilities while he slammed out some "sloppy code". It doesn't work quite yet, but I am anticipating some very happy thoughts in my future.
Later in the evening we concocted an interesting substance using common household items. (1 can Cambels Chunky Potato and Cheese soup, 1 can Cambels Nacho Cheese soup. Yes they make a nacho cheese SOUP.) We then ingested the sticky mess with the aid of mini tortilla chip rounds. We were attempting to make Nacho Potato soup that we had at Rio Bravo the other day. I think it came out rather well. You folks at home are welcome to try and match our genius, but beware! The stuff drips like a waterfall.
